There are marketing manager and there some staff is not good behaviour for lab technician staff and Raipur Lupine diagnostic's technical head made a girl employee to be discontinued in the name of work load without any backup due to which she is sitting at home as no job is available to her. I worked there for 5 month experience.

Likes

The work life balance at Lupin is great. The support of the higher management is also good. You can learn as much as you want and there is no restrictions to learn new things.

Salary is at lower site as compared to market standards.

I was working on third party pay role so if someone's planning to work on third party pay role I request not to join you won't get any benefit and you will always be criticize for being on third party
