Good results and quality control is daily working. Employees for good salary and working time is better for staff.

There are marketing manager and there some staff is not good behaviour for lab technician staff and Raipur Lupine diagnostic's technical head made a girl employee to be discontinued in the name of work load without any backup due to which she is sitting at home as no job is available to her. I worked there for 5 month experience.

...and safety is most important thing in this company. So I'm feeling very safe.. Give Bonus and others allowance every year. In lockdown condition company help and support each employee both contract and company workers on this horrible COVID -19 condition.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12hours straight in a day.
