...ime from the first visit to the last visit to be 8 hours, which is not possible. This is the reason why almost 65% of Engineers face salary deductions every month.

Most of the things to dislike. 1. Paying salary on 15th of every month that is too late. 2. Never getting expanses on time. 3. Visit pressure is too much. 4. No bonus facilities 5. Deduction of salary is common for them. And many more.

Infrastructure is good, office is so neat and tidy.

1) Salary deduction on small things like uniform, and any other silly reasons. Seems like only aim is to deduct the salary. 2) No paid leaves for first 6 Months, after that 1.5 Leave per month gets added for a year to make it 18 till EOY. Worst experience on this. 3) Salary cycle is 15th of month so basically we have to work for 45 days to get salary for 30 days. 4) Fully unprofessional working, least supportive managers. 5) Attrition rate is horrible 2-3 employees leave every month. 6) Expense calculation is a myth Rs.2.91 per km in the days of 110per liter petrol rates. And still never on time. 7) Owner baised rules those are changed every month depending on his mood swings. 8) 24X7 recruitment and less than 30% crowd is stable for more than +1.5 years 9) 9:30-6:30 strict working hours no balance in personal and professional life. 10) Don't join the company unless you are jobless and sitting at home.

...or 3 years I personally resigned by Job almost 4 Times due to internal politics. During covid no salary provided. For engineerings no proper facility they will provide . Biggest lie for all joine ( increment after 6 months ) this will not happen and never happened for anyone ( it takes up to 18-20 months for first increment) * Director is big daddy *Hr is the mother of company

As an engineer luna is perfect company for gaining tecnical knowledge. We can explore so many things at a time of handling projects.

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor. And salary increment is not good. Salary wise growth will stuck up.
