Nothing really. They don't believe in retaining good talent. There was work-life balance no doubt, but beyond that some employees like me look for challenges in every opportunity. I didnot find anything in my 1.5 years at Lumina that truly honed my skill set besides the pathetic salaries they paid on the pretext of Covid-19.

Salary, people, project, felt like we were in a school with top much of micromanagement. I did more project management than writing.

No likes only ontime salary is positive.

Many things are considered as to be worst ever company in world.. Partiality on holidays towards some people. I rate this company they purely exploit employees

...s fair well in their jobs and try to find ways to mentally torture the employee. No bonus/ appraisal.

...st company there is so much exposure if you want to learn & grow in your career. Salary is always on time & leave policy is best in the industry & most important work life balance.

... helps people who have been searching for a job for a long time without success. When people come to this company, they are able to get a job, even if it's at a low salary. That's what I like about this company.

Firstly this company give very low salary. Salary increment not satisfaction because it increment only like 500 to 700 rupees in salary. Company taking project like that we have to work on holidays also like 2 Oct, festival holidays, 1 May. When we apply for leave leader told as work extra for 2 to 3 days. Now that is enough from my side
