Zero work life balance. The HOD expects us to work 14 hours a day. As per him, since he works all the members should too irrespective of their salary and experience. All I can say is that the current environment is toxic.

We all employees are not satisfied with the salary increments given annually. Apart from long service award, no rewards and recognition given to the specific departments. No benefits and facilities provided from below mentioned categories.

It’s good that things are running smoothly and no obstacles, our E+1 is always there whenever we need any assistance. Most of the queries are solved by our E+1, timely meetings have been taken to see if we have any issues. Teammates have become quiet cooperative and WFH has become fun with such teammates not only in Mumbai but also with other locations.

Appraisals are satisfactory. Salary is low and career growth is slow.

Many things are considered as to be worst ever company in world.. Partiality on holidays towards some people. I rate this company they purely exploit employees
