Company higher management decesion. If the project was going smoothly, so they will make a new team structure which destroyed the projects quality...that's the reason there is loss of long term project or client.....

...not asked to come to office even though there is phased opening of the lockdown. The best part of working at Lumina Datamatics is the job security & the salary is deposited on time.

Dislikes

There is very limited scope for dislike but I would say the break timing for certain projects is a restriction. Else everything is great

Work life has big gap, compensation is average, highly risky job security, management does not consider new findings given by employee and sticks to their own procedure, that is they don't welcome changes. Nothing new to learn. We don't need skills that we have gained and tend to loose them as time passes if we don't practice them.

Dislikes

Office not well ventilated. Air conditioning not switched on continuously during working hours. The place looks confined. There are no windows in work area so it looks like congested and suffercated. Toilets are not maintained. Canteen does not keep healthy food.

...st company there is so much exposure if you want to learn & grow in your career. Salary is always on time & leave policy is best in the industry & most important work life balance.

Just when you guys hiring any fresher you need to increase little pay bracket.

Nothing. Hopeless company with peanuts as salary.

...n you ask for a leave, they will ask to either compensate or shorten your leave. They pay you retention bonus every month in salary and if you chose to leave before the contract you have to pay that back to them as equal to the months you served. So if you have one year contract but you leave in 10th month, you have to pay back for those. I only chose to stay because of undeniable personal issue and WFH mode
