...ry ana i had completed B.Tech Chemical Engineering as a part time in April 2014.But still now itself i am in the same category and take care of two plant as a production supervisor category but compared to my friends the salary package is very low and this package of salary is expected for me that's why i want relocate and to improve my knowledge as desired category as a manager.Because my overall experience is 19 years above and well experience in overall chemical industries so i have ability to manage all the process individual handled and managed through successfuly till date.

Good Work and good culture. Our colleagues are supportive and the management is transparent. Our company policys are good. But Appraisal are fair. Anyway I am proud of you to working in this concern

There is a politics and management doesn't address our issues.But career growth is very slow and salary also very low compared to my qualification.

...ems like child education, parents caring etc everything will be done by company.If I am talking about the company benefits n compensation...in this concern srf is the best organization.

Here different kind of chemistry works ...means new technologies n innovation which is little bit trouble or bothersome for new joinee.

Working culture is good, salary structure are also good but Growth is not as per person hard work and knowledge basis.

1.Administration management related to transportation, canteen are very poor. 2. Working pressure very high. 3. Growth rate is very slow.

There are so many. 1. No work life balance 2. No systematic approach 3. Resources shortage 4. Non responsive & selfish HR team 5. High retention ratio 6. No one wants to work here more than 1 yr
