No automation, everything is manual. Hire & fire policy. Extremely low budget hiring. Work exploitation. Pathetic mediclaim policy. Think 10 times before you want to ruin your career and get into this company

Unreasonable KRA's and expectations. Bad appraisals. No transportation facility (looking at the fact that the company is very far from nearest Railway and Metro station they should have it) No Bonuses. No Diwali or Christmas Gifts. No Award functions, a small inside the office townhall is conducted just for the sake.
