... given garbage projects to work on.They sell freshers as 2+ years of experience.He will not give promotion and salary. It's a family business.And I request everyone not to join.And I request all the clients not to give any project.They will make you fool.If you want you career to be spoiled pleas join.They only targets freshers who are desperate for job.Please study hard and go any other company.Don't get hooked yourself save your future.The CEO can destroy your career.They are scammers.We are stuck here with 2 years bond.Please please please don't join.The Ceo will abuse you in very bad way, he is a racist calls people handicap, compare with others, and tell you to explore other jobs if you ask for appraisal.

I joined Lumbini Elite after working for around 2 years for CMBTEK. Coming for a small organization to Lumbini was a good decision over all. I was hired for a client project so not much experience in Lumbini Office. I had to deal with my functional lead and finance on a monthly basis. I never have any issues with them. Also interacted with HR Team and it was a good experience as well.

This is fake company and fake offers for employees. The worst experience I have faced as they offer me as Sr. software developer for the the one of their project based on real time assesment delevery management system, after 02 months of waiting for the confirmation they regret me to join for further, the director an all the members are cheaters. They wasted you time .
