The co workers were too friendly , hostel facility & food are free for the staffs are there. The various events conducted in mall for the special days.

Dislikes

...hier during big offer sale time it is very challenging task to manage the rush. Salary is low when comparing with other companies and salary increment also very less

To be honest I didn't like anything in lulu. See first thing first its a family run business n you will find chacha bhatija in top positions.. They have nothing to do with brains..if your personality is good chances r thr ull be promoted to managerial level 😁 seriously very unprofessional people all around..I never recommend this company to any one....terrible

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
