...ish, and least bothered about employees. Favouritism from the Tamil/Telugu head. Less salary than market. No growth. No learnings.

Poor salary structure. Most of the employees are struggling pay wise. It is just a cost center of Lufthansa Technik, Hamburg. Don't think the salary structure will change for good any soon

Company is good when it comes to work life balance. They offer salary which is way less than the market standards. Monotonous work.

No job securityas promised, bad politics, money mismanagement, policies are turned according to personnel requirements. Lost my life and whole earning because of job security and bad politics. Will never advise anyone as abest platform.

Work life balance to some level is there , that also when u have a manager who is not toxic. Many toxic managers are there who make life miserable

Office politics is very bad. There is a circle of people in the floor who will just promote their own people, favouritism is at peak. It’s incompetency over talent in ltsi! Poor HR structure and their performance
