Nothing professional. No skill development and no work life balance. Worst company culture. You are hired for something else and you are doing something else. Sometimes you would be working 10 hours to 12 hours still you wouldn't get appreciated. Company just wants "Educated Labourers" and it's not only desk job, not a good work environment. No job security. Although (only department) colleagues were supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Favouritism. If you're not in the "list" than you're ignored. Also no career growth.
