It is a fraud company. Who hires people by making contract at timme of employment than exploit employee very much than does not pay anything after termination or employee resignation

Firstly I would like to thanks and it's my pleasured, i have work with lucid group in project and learning more different different fields. I like lcl green fields who was I completed under project manager and handled site management, project work , etc.

lucid not done salary growth fast i mean yearly.

Lucid top management at HO is good, but they kept unaware about plant politics by local management.

Very cheap level of politics by Plant Management. President and VP of plant are very cheap persons. They have no experience of handling manpower. They regularly hire employees and terminates the old employees without any reasons. Even they terminated 29 and 14 year old employees without giving any reasons. When employee goes home after completing shift, he gets message from VP that you have been terminated, no reason was mentioned for termination. Very bad management. Avoid such companies to join and spoil your career.

I worked with Lucid colloids around 9 months,the management of lucid colloids is very nice and infrastructure is also good.Both president sir and Vice president are supportive.if you want to learn new things and documentation then Lucid is the best organisation, overall atmosphere is very positive except few instances of politics.Overall learning opportunities is very nice,management also appreciate through certain Prize and certificate like employee of the month/year

Employee belongs to Jodhpur native are given undue freedom to act and speak without facing disciplinary action.this favouritism is causing dissatisfaction and affecting workplace morale.
