Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. My value is bill for my manager. There is no one for hearing like fitters or electricians. So I think where my value is not there ,why I do job there??

They hire detained engineer at the company. No benifits for GET by the company.

They hire detained engineers for the work. The working culture about new things to learn is not there because of the detained engineer.

Just passing the time or making experience is only the reason for which work is done.

No job security, whole decision are taken by director which is cost cutting or finnance issues. No rules and systems are followed as it does not by the experts way of behave.

I am currently working in e-con packaging pvt.ltd manufactured mild steel drums as production engineer. In training period also learning and analysis all production machines and knowledge 5s projects, kaizen, and rejection controls.

Dislikes

Heavy smoke.

Great company to work, if you perform well you will get growth opportunities and exposure to learn. The work culture is good, strong management team & supportive employees and yes job stability.
