liking part haven't experinced yet but what I disliking is they fire trainee just like noone.

...offer in hand just go for that whether its TCS ka ninja Role or Tech mahindra 3.25lpa package but don't join LTI & if joining pray to god that you are not going to get the Mahape training location.

It depends on the technology you are working. They don't have enough projects. A lot of politics is there. If you have any better option go with that. For freshers it's not a good company.

No career growth, no job security, salary is less, a lot of politics.

Additionally, the Salary and benefits are below the average market rate. Management has shown a lack of concern for medical issues, as evidenced by their refusal to allow work from home arrangements even after submitting medical documentation

No employee benefits like gifts during festivals cafeteria food is pathetic. No Bonus

Resource Allocation: Their can be challenges with resource allocation, where employee's might be underutilized or overburdened depending on the project demands.
