My Leads are very helpful to me and notice my hard work also appreciate me that motivates working and do bigger.

No employee benefits like gifts during festivals cafeteria food is pathetic. No Bonus

Mindtree is a open company wherein you can have good connection with the clients and the management. I feel really good working with Mindtree. Joined few years back and I had very good interaction with clients and if you have good performance then as per policy you will be getting promotion. They do have track on career growth, courses etc..

Shift allowance is low Compensation should be better

Everything is good here, you will find good compensation good work life balance and good projects as well. At Mindtree I find carrer growth and opportunities are great and carrer development cycle is excellent.
