it is employee friendly work environment. flexible timings, and great manager to work with.

I guess the salary!. Could be a factor, and the wfh is a not permanent. So you have to be in the office. Like 5 days a week for 6 hours a day.

Salary & Benefits Despite consistently outstanding performance inside PACE and over three years of service with the company, there has no promotion. Additionally, the Salary and benefits are below the average market rate. Management has shown a lack of concern for medical issues, as evidenced by their refusal to allow work from home arrangements even after submitting medical documentation

My Leads are very helpful to me and notice my hard work also appreciate me that motivates working and do bigger.

No employee benefits like gifts during festivals cafeteria food is pathetic. No Bonus
