MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.

Good culture and rule and hierarchy based company, defined work and good job security, give ample time to select the best opportunity and also helps in upskiling

Delivery of projects are very poor, no fixed goals to achieve, weak discussion in promotions and compensation, saves money in every small things, change in delivery if client ask for changes without well defined procedure, not following any framework for working (at least in my project).
