...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and gifts every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good work life balance. Managers will generally not ask you to work on weekends or time off periods unless it is critical

...et stuck in a project for a very long time and thus your learning will stagnate. The compensation and hikes are very poor and below market standards

... and it was great journey with the company. LTI gave everything which I desired. Also, If you are looking for good salary then LTI will be a one of the great company to join.

MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 .
