To be Frank i didn't like anything this is the worest company I have worked ever.

If an employee is serving notice period & u want to remove the employee before notice period means u need to pay his full salary till the LWD but here u not even payed me anything n also if a employee who keeps papers means HR need to call that employee n ask him the reason for the relieving but here HR call & say to leave by next day n say that she will pay me only Basic payment. To Be I have single handed managed a project but my manager gave all the credit to another team member wow as not even worked in this project for 6 months but i was there in the project around 20 months at the time of raiting I ask my manager y u gave him 4 out of 4 rating to him n y only 3 rating to me means he just replied me that he as certificate & I dnt have certificate itsems . see certificate doesn't matter when it's come to completing Work please respect the people who works more then other not go with any Fevrateism...😏

Started my career with LTI and was given training which was a good part.

Dislikes

Opportunities were created only for people who are close to top management. Compensation is not as per grade and experience of the person. At the time of apprisal after even gathering a feedback from employee no actions are taken and similar things happening for year and year.

The Culture and the Communication. The best part here is it's very easy to put your idea and design to customer and client directly.

Salary Grade is not upto the mark. And also retention rate is not that great

Worst phase of my life in LTI...I regret the day I got placed here..no growth, no compensation, no increment but extra work you have to do there

In salary, they make blunders. On one side they say we provide annual LTA (Leave Travel Allowance) and then they deduct partial amount month wise from ad-hoc allowance. for eg. :- in January month my ad hoc allowance was 1250/- and in February I applied for Annaual LTA 12000/-. So, they will provide 12K additional from salary, but then ad hoc allowance will be reduced to 250/--.. you're just transferring money in name of LTA. Very Bad reputation in paying you salary
