Policies, salary, appraisal's, It's the Mid level employees who suffer mostly. After integration with Mindtree, everything has gone wrong despite ceo bragging about the pipeline deals

People and leadership are supportive. Network is really good. Compensation was fair. Leaders believe in upbringing you. Work life balance is amazing. I felt at home!

Dislikes

If you are ambitious and much efficient you might feel like prospects for you aren't good here. Many people are laid back, lazy and just not smart (old hirers). Though company is improving their hiring game, still a long way to go. Also, some projects are not good. It all depends on your luck.

Skill development and learning opportunities are good. There are ample scopes of getting certified and getting reimbursed. Work-life balance is fair but mainly depends on projects and situations. Job security is very good for performers.

Dislikes

There are lots of scope of improvement in the area of compensation and benefit. Career growth and opportunities areas can also be improved a lot. Work satisfaction is already quite good, however, it can be improved far more.

... and it was great journey with the company. LTI gave everything which I desired. Also, If you are looking for good salary then LTI will be a one of the great company to join.

MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.
