There are opportunities to improve on talent retention. Appraisal cycles are erratic and decisions pertaining to compensation are often too long drawn.

The company culture is exceptional, with top management always ready to assist. There are abundant learning Opportunities, and employees are highly motivated to develop their skillsets.

Unfortunately, appraisal process is lacking, with minimal salary hikes.

Excellent company in terms of learning opportunities, work culture. This is one of the reasons to find many employees with long tenure at LTIM.

Huge percentage of CTC is variable, so, salary on-hand is much less as compared to on paper CTC.

...f issues, you have to run around to get it resolved due to complex processes. 2. Salary and benefits need to be improved for sure 3. Our talent should be retained as far as possible. Many employees are leaving the organization which is not a good sign.
