Salary package is very low for campus recruitment and if you're a new joinee you've to shadow rest of the people for a year as main responsibilities will still be assigned to old people only.learning opportunities are very low

Delivery of projects are very poor, no fixed goals to achieve, weak discussion in promotions and compensation, saves money in every small things, change in delivery if client ask for changes without well defined procedure, not following any framework for working (at least in my project). There is nothing to like about this company, everyone here is just really unprofessional and incompetent to wok in fast paced environment especially HR department. They are just frustrating for real.

No work life balance at all. 90 hr work week is for real. Salary is very less for the amount of work load. No Skill development and growth at all. No career growth. Really frustrating environment. Some people really dont understand common things also, lack of common sense in senior employees. Rude behaviour. Cost cutting at its peak.conpany is not growing because of their incompetence in maintaining the project quality and all that is affecting to employees, employees are suffering because of incompetence of board directors to maintain the project quality. LTIMindtree’s growth very soon will be on decrement path. Clear signal to all employees of LTIMindtree as soon as possible resign and switch for betterment of you.

1. Everything. Management is inefficient. They do Nothing beyond approving timesheets and buttering clients. 2. Work Force Management team is absolutely pathetic, unaware, non knowledgeble and worst. They will screw your career. Beware of NAMRATA SARASWAT, ANKIT DEBNATH. These morons are expert in destroying anybody's career by not followingthe proper allocation process. They can't even write JD in simple English. 3. Policies are not at all Employee friendly. 4. Company has only Support, Maintenance, Enhancement and mostly Migration projects which offer no learning. 5. Appraisals and salary hike can never be expected here even after having best rating. 6. Agile is not followed in any project. Tools are pathetic and outdated. No properprocess, documentation and communication in any project. 7. Extra hours working, weekend working remain unpaid. Poor work life balance. 8. Clerical mindset teammates who are okay with everything just to get salary. 9. No work satisfaction at all. You will degrade your existing skillsets as well over the period of time.
