Dislikes
The pay structure is neither according to the experience level nor the market level for the experience / application we work on. Also, criteria considered for pay hike are many.
Secondly, its mandatory for a person to come and work in office over weekend when it necessitates to avail a comp off, which otherwise are considered as not eligible for applying for comp off. This is very much wrong as not all employees can come to office to support on weekend and if any urgent cases we support from home. This should also be considered and allowed to work from home and avail comp off.
Workplace is good
Facilities is good
Pantry is good
Staff are very good
Admin is very nice person
Good Environment
I didn't like is few Bad Managers and Directors
Bad Managers, Directors, Senior Director
Package they give is less
NO New Projects
You cannot work in your desired project and domain and should accept whatever Project and domain they give and they will be short term, not long term.
onboarding Team senior resources are bad, they talk about religions and all which is really bad, it has to change as all are equal. Some senior Onboarding HR only talks about her religion and supports her employees who is her cast which is utter worst, have to change this thing.
HRs wont give new projects, they give you all the projects which you are not familiar with, have to be ready to work in whatever projects you get.
There are few bad directors who talks so ARROGANTLY in floor, talks so bad in front of everyone, even with new employees he behaves bad, talks rubbish arrogantly and he is always ANGRY on everyone, no support, there is a person called NAGESH in bangalore office who is a senior director, he is so bad, always scolding and talking loudly and Arrogantly to many employees which is really bad, he is actually Harassingly employees, he needs to change or thrown out of the company.
Dont join this company, or be ready to be in bench for 2 months then you will be thrown out saying no projects, you are not clearing interviews, you are not upskilling etc.

...ike cycle is changed so hikes will be calculated from July 2023 and August 2023. Even after 18months there is no hike. June they said it's July now they saying August letters will be out.
One quater of hike is gone is thin air for 83k employees.
If something bad happens on any of the countries they say due to global condition ukrain war, another pandemic endamic break out and postpone or probably cancel the hike.
Employee retention is poor. External hired resources who do not have much project knowledge and skills are getting good CTC/package but company not retaining existing employees by giving them satisfactory hike.
...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and gifts every year.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
