I received good hike at the time of the joining the company.

Dislikes

...spite good ratings. Dry promotions that has no credit in your experience letter. Company deducts your shift allowances, doesn’t pay for OT, and doesn’t reimburse money with the made up reasons. Projects managers (WPS) are good for nothing, they don’t deserve to have their jobs. No internal job postings or transfer available. Even when the shift is Hybrid, they force you to come to the office 4 days a week.

Dislikes

...o they dont provide leaves for Indian holidays as well as for American holidays. They try to run the projects by keeping less staffing than the required minimum, for cost cutting and profit making purposes, but at the cost of employees health. Employees who dont care about health and work life balance can please join this company. All the best.
