I like company's collaborative work culture. It also offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and international clients. Work-Life balance is quite good.

Dislikes

...proper skillset leading to client dissatisfaction and work overload to peers. 2. Though we work hard in our projects and get appreciations from clients, but the salary hike is not that satisfactory at the end which leads to employee dissatisfaction and leaving the organization.

Likes

Mostly a secure job and no confusions on salary and leaves. Good place to learn professional IT working and software skill set for initial 2 years.

Dislikes

90% projects are boring support projects. Too much micromanagement occurs thus employee not aware what image manager has of him. Bench period is very erratic and slow to provide projects.

...s and then forget about the current employees who helped to achieve the success. People who are working from a long time won't get much hikes/appraisals, but rather they pay x3 times to an outsider who is joining newly. That doesn't make sense.

The opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but i feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team. No team bonding/outings. Low Appraisals.

the leadership team is approachable and supportive. LTIM promotes a healthy work life balance and offering flexible working hours. Projects are good.

Dislikes

appraisals and salary benefits are not up to the mark.
