How much to expect
Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance

I worked at client place CISCO through mindtree.In my tenure of 3 years i had no issues with mindtree compensation and benifts.Since i didnot work in mindtree campus am not sure on culture etc.Overall am very happy with Mindtree :)

Work life balance is good . Not much pressure

Salary is not good. Hike are terrible . No clarity on process or hierarchy. Operational team is not matured and lot of things needs to be done to improve .

...ompany. Post merger wirh LTI it is downgrading to micromanagement level company. Also leave policies and salary structured were modified for existing without approval of employee.

Likes

Company culture is the highlight. Work life balance depends on your project. However very rare projects were I have heard work life balance is ignored. I haven’t faced such situations in my tenure of 9 years luckily.
