I have got a good manager in Mindtree. She will teach a lot during my journey in Mindtree. I actually learnt a lot from my manager. I am happy that I got a very manager. And also politics will be there in some project.

...gnment. Infrastructure in Mumbai is worst, though it itself tops in this domain. Salary Hikes are negligible and always delayed atleast by 3months.

Training, which will completely deponds on you how early you learn, and good support from pears.

Compensation: which you paid as a daily labour. Higher Management: Your efforts won't get recognised, Projects: Freshers won't get exposed to client, Learnings: There is no specific Classroom traing will be provided it completely deponds on how you learn from online. Employee benefits: Nothing from Mindtree everything is money the company loots from their employees.

Office politics if you can butter your manager you have better opportunity. This all sums up,If you want to relocate you need to get married then only you will be given a pass to relocate

Work culture is excellent. Job security is 💯 Training batch "Kalinga" is an excellent idea which is providing a good training to freshers and very good security policies to women

Most reliable on fresher's. Salary offerred is very low even to the experienced people. People function team doesn't support employees rather supports managers. Doesn't bother one's career
