...transparent management. There is Gym and Fun zone for Employees. Huge cafeteria. And good salary hike.

MANAGEMENT... FAVOURITISM.. I found these issue in LTI. I lost my job in covide time that too because of management. Apart from that the company is awesome.

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

It depends on project to project. From my experience, I like work-life balance, skill development sessions, and company culture.

Dislikes

Comparatively lower salaries, less annual salary hike, less promotions, frequent change in management and gap between management and employees.
