When I joined LS, the culture was good but as the year progresses the culture detoriated drastically. Learning wise it's good but in terms of work life balance it's not a good company.

Dislikes

Not a proper distribution of responsibility from upper management. Lacks in terms of festival enjoyment and proper motivations in terms of gifts or bonus. Every department have their own rules and regulations be it WFH of other things.

Likes

Hybrid work. Free snacks. Toothless managers.

Dislikes

Zero growth opportunities. Favouritism and politics. Directionless divisional heads. Top management filled with delusional, self centric idiots. Quality of clients is pathetic.
