If you are looking to join this place, please don't...They won't give you what they promise, they will dictate terms to you, you have to be flexible perhaps at the cost of your health and work odd hours, the training schedule is haphazardly organised, instead of the leadership deciding the schedule, the HR decides who does what. It is a very unorganised and unprofessional environment that tortures you, there are a LOT OF MEETINGS that happen, there is only talk and no real substantial work that happens, it is a good place to retire though if you join at a senior level since you can almost (not) work from home whenever you want.
