Becareful with Muslims people internal politics personality in Mumbai and not recommended to join in this company, never listen new joiner.Old very few cunning fellows, even animals are better than Muslim internal politics personality Groupism in Mumbai, Telugu people,Mangalore person , yes boss internal old style working surviving inside, Company Owner is in USA, USA people not aware about internal, don't spoil LRN company name. don't use Ethics test for employees,don't professional ethics simply waste of time. If you are looking to join this place, please don't...They won't give you what they promise, they will dictate terms to you, you have to be flexible perhaps at the cost of your health and work odd hours, the training schedule is haphazardly organised, instead of the leadership deciding the schedule, the HR decides who does what. It is a very unorganised and unprofessional environment that tortures you, there are a LOT OF MEETINGS that happen, there is only talk and no real substantial work that happens, it is a good place to retire though if you join at a senior level since you can almost (not) work from home whenever you want.
