To tell in crisp, US team is racist. They want to keep all good work there and send only junk work to bangalore center. US team is always insecure and don't like any comments, questions from India team. They don't even take feedback. If feedback is good, they ignore it and then after dew days implement it as there own idea. Only rubber stamp or Yes Man get more benefits. HR also dance's on same tune. If anyone raises voice, they fire them immediately giving any fake reasons. Fired ppl even on Covid.

I am working in Order To Cash Credit and Collection as Lead. This company provides good package + Night allowance. If you are a workaholic. This company takes care of every thing. They have free food Quality is good, live kitchen . They have good facilities that takes care of your health. And we have fun Fridays to release stress. This company provides amazing gifts during festive time. Team outing or team party every quarter. What else can you expect from a company. I feel proud to be a part of lowes. There have been instances where in people have sent me CV just by hearing name of Lowes.

Working on latest tech which gives associates an opportunity to learn new things and also explore it.

Salary is not up to market standard and also promotion is totally depends on your connection not on merits

Promotions are very delayed in so e departments only while others customer facing departments get fast promotion without even being asked for.
