Rona CPA team is not for newbies in to the retail process. With partial training, TL & TM expect newbies to work as equivalent to 2 years old employees in the team. Work hours go to 12-15 hours a day. Poor team support. Weekends are also working days and interesting thing is none forces you to work on weekend but ask for updates on weekdays. Unrealistic deadlines. Around 9 softwares to work upon simultaneously everyday. No work life balance.

Mid year bonus were distributed. The work life balance is also there. In a nutshell, awesome company to settle down here

Skill wise companies still works on old tools and technologies which can be upgraded

...ab facilities, flexible WFH policies even before covid, good medical benefits. Cons: Redundant work, slow work, too many changes in company vision so growth becomes hazy, compensation is not as per market standards for experienced employees though freshers get paid well

I am working in Order To Cash Credit and Collection as Lead. This company provides good package + Night allowance. If you are a workaholic. This company takes care of every thing. They have free food Quality is good, live kitchen . They have good facilities that takes care of your health. And we have fun Fridays to release stress. This company provides amazing gifts during festive time. Team outing or team party every quarter. What else can you expect from a company. I feel proud to be a part of lowes. There have been instances where in people have sent me CV just by hearing name of Lowes.
