If you want a stable job with no growth then you are in the right place. Compensation is also too low compared to the market. Most people are very good but some managers are very bad

After joining forget about the Promotions or Salary growth. Management is worse, HR and Managers have service orientated mentality. Though the US manager are really good. You do not get to relocate if there is position opened in US.

I am working in Order To Cash Credit and Collection as Lead. This company provides good package + Night allowance. If you are a workaholic. This company takes care of every thing. They have free food Quality is good, live kitchen . They have good facilities that takes care of your health. And we have fun Fridays to release stress. This company provides amazing gifts during festive time. Team outing or team party every quarter. What else can you expect from a company. I feel proud to be a part of lowes. There have been instances where in people have sent me CV just by hearing name of Lowes.
