Very less promotion chances if you're SE or SSE Managers don't know what they are doing. tedious & boring work, always need to extend your work timings Need to be available on weekends also if you are on-call and that will consume weekends No Testing Team, No infra Team, The developer needs to do everything like 5-6 profile work. - Voicing our opinions during one on one's with manager is not heard and implemented accordingly - Compensation for existing employees are below par compared to new joinees for the same role - Work life balance would be badly affected depending on the team we are in. But in general, India's employees may not enjoy a perfect work life balance compared to the US

The benefits are good but you get trapped here. Don't stay for a long time at this company...Other you will lose your knowledge and then it will be complicated to search outside.

Do not join the Contact Center team, They will never promote you always your manager will downgrade you and this is the team where you will never receive appreciation.

I have been with Lowe's since 10 years and got opportunity to grow. Great work culture so far. Great team member. Work life balance is good and IC level.

Work life balance is not that good at leadership level. Expectations are high which makes it difficult to cutoff from work in post office hours.
