Salary deduction, Unrealistic expectations from employee, no work life balance. Stressful environment.

a lot of time passing during office hours can be done if you are a local. Maintain good friendships with management and you get no job except co-ordinatorship and enjoy your life till retirement.

University always try to provide less salary to their employees at the time of joining and Have lot of reasons to deduct money during working period in terms of fine which inturn effect your monthly salary.. Lot of politics in departments... Student centric University rather than employee centric..
