Lot of global and international exposure,Lot of skill development courses offered by the university.

Pathetic work life balance,lot of unnecessary data work amidst of academic classes for teachers which make their life horrific.lot of duplication of work and unstructured system makes simple things more complex . no break in between,we are not allowed to go out of campus even in serious situation eventhough we are free,leave system is also very pittyful. Lot of salary deductions and staff cases .

Work is terrible. Monday - Saturday 9-5 shift. Only 8 leaves in a semester of 6 months. There are policies that are beyond the relam of any logic. Everything is connected to financial deduction e.g. one can't have breakfast during 9-10 (half day salary cut), if chancellor's meeting going on you can't leave even it goes after 5 pm (after your shift, guards shut the door so you don't have any option but to stay because you can't fight with the guards) otherwise your salary will be deducted. Other than this, at the time of your joining your original certificate of highest qualification will be submitted there and 15% of your salary will be deducted till 13 months (2 months salary will be deposited there) so after this you are not able to leave the organisation because your documents and money are kept. You can only resign in the month of March & October after serving 1/1.5 months of notice period, if you think to resign any other month of the year you will have to give double salary to them then only you can leave. There is a department named DQA (Department of quality assurance) they go to room to room check if you are well dressed, wearing the I'd card all the time or not they even open your cabin's drawer (this is insult for a faculty) and check and if there is something wrong your salary will be deducted. Nothing to like for employees except job stability as attrition is very high so, less employee join. The university philosophy is that employee are helpless and their is availability for them.

Dislikes

1. During Covid -19 , the unauthorized and unintimated salary deductions 2. Excessive workload, 3. No transparency in workload, 4. classes has to take multiple blocks and 5. to much unnecessary work

a lot of time passing during office hours can be done if you are a local. Maintain good friendships with management and you get no job except co-ordinatorship and enjoy your life till retirement.

now progress if you are an achiever. Management never listens to you, so you need to please your immediate boss and do whatever you can to satisfy him/ her. No job security if you are looking for growth. you get terminated within an hour. No salary during covid situation for 2 years.
