...nd trackers are the goals of upper level management and they are happy to do it. In short - Even if you get a salary hike do not , I repeat do not join this company particularly in sales or Training roles.

See when i joined with this brand as Fashion Consultant and served almost four years there is no chances to growth and salary but if are tatta then will get promotion and salary or appraisals also one more thing one hour extra shift on regular shift and 90% will have to straight shift on Saturday and Sunday..

This is a adyita brila company management is very but my salary is very poor that is why I want change my job work culture is very helpful. Company policy are well maintained

The basic reason is salary i have 7to 8 years experience in retail but my joining time he give very poor salary.that time i was very upset that my experience no value for the company that is why I want to change

Louis philippe is a good brand in a fashion , trendy collection they have been in stores. Brand first priority for customers they always keep in touch to customers .

As per company growth . Our salary is very low. For company growth there was team work, efferts, activity, positivity. So my point of view is that, if the company is grow employee should also grow.

...ff and using if you want stay in store stay are else get out from the store. Now i has leaved the company and another 4 employees are ready to leave the company they are waiting for salary’s once salary credits they will leave the company without any intimation. If listening my words please short out this problem from the store are else no one work over their . Literally i has cried when I was given my resignation.
