I dont like the leadership in lpcf. I don't like how the experience holder dominate the new joinees and they don't behave properly. Not all the teachers are like this some teachers are there how behave like this.

Mentors and principle are not good ,favorisim is there and if u r new everything will go in the air what is gng on ,after 3 months u ll get to know ye to Mera kaam tha hi nhi or Maine kiya .in the end u ll understand yr Salery is yr prison .u can survive over there .plz stay away from lotus petal .only Kushal sir and Saloni ma’am is good person over there nothing else.and most important thing Hindu Muslim thing is there Muslim ko jyada priority dete h .teachers ho ya bche .na hindu prayer hoti h na koi tilak lga skta bht particility h .Bharat mata ki Jai bolne pe teacher ko suspend krne ki dhamki Tak mil jati h.

I think the work culture is nice, everyone respects each other opinions and view points. Also, one get a lot of exposure here.

I believe that the company should be patient with the new employees and should train them for a while.

unprofessional HR department they not reply properly to the candidate.

unprofessional HR department. after 5 rounds of interviews, they don't provide candidate feedback. if we call they do not pick the call. it seems they are very unprofessional.

Being an English teacher and as a coordinator too I loved working in this school as i got free hand from the management to apply your own style. Appraisal is according to your hardwork. We learn a lot here You gonna develop your other skills too
