Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Lotte electronics is a Korean MNC manufacturing consumer electronics product like DVD player, home theaters, Led t.v , flat t.v, karaoke mike etc. For L.G electronics , philips and panasonic . also manufacturing Led lighting product as Led bulb, fauk lights, led tube light , down lights , etc for own product also for Surya lights, Philips , halonix.
