Hands on experience in Qualys Vulnerability Management Module. Responsible of getting CMDB or Inventory sheet details from server owners. Onboarding and decommission of servers to Qualys. Scheduling monthly vulnerability scans for the active servers as per the inventory sheet. Perform the Ad-hoc scans or On-demand based scans based on ServiceNow requests. Performing the authentication scans on windows, linux and vmware servers Preparing and sharing the sev4 and Sev5(High and Critical) vulnerabilities with remediation team or patching team. Follow ups with remediation teams to do patching as per the defined SLA’s. Working on the Trouble shooting issues for the servers which are not reachable and failed in the authentication. Monitoring the Scanner appliances in Qualys tool. Purging the vulnerability data for decommissioned servers. Handling the False positives and Exceptions Perform the debug scan based on the request from Qualys support team Working on Monthly reports for Vulnerability Management or preparing the KPI’s.
