Dislikes

1) Salary issue they don't provide it on time 2) Hectic work life balance 3) No proper strategy planning in higher management 4) You will get fired for no reason and company CEO will give a reason saying company under loss even if it is doing good. 5)Worst HR they don't update anything on prior 6) You don't get to see your weekend for no reason they give work on weekend and don't pay for it ( they make you work on govt holidays)

...utors sales ,operations and teaching . You are a sales person rather that tutor.No growth they will pay you less telling you will learn so many software but you will be a puppet repeating the same thing 4 times a day . No work life balance whole day job they will be luring you by saying they will be giving you no free time in between the classes but senior will be asking you to cover for them or you have to do content . For each sentence they will be threatning you lop (loss of pay). 1 leave a month and sick leave they will never allow you to take. In name of incentives you wont get anything they will apply so many of stupid rules and conditions or you will be rewarded a certificate for good work just that or coupon in 6 months.

CEO who is not giving salary Intelligent HR Priya Work Timing about 11 to 12 hours continuously Cheating while giving salary Transferred my salary to other's account Blackmailing me to send mail as I have received the complete salary if I want the remaining salary when I have received incomplete salary from Lomos Archilabs

manager himself seems foolish , no timely incentive , no specific work time - login can be around 12 hours or more too , every week new incentive target no stability , they will give hopes of appraisal but they only dont know when they can give appraisal
