No job security, No on-time salary, Leave credit to employees after completion of 240 working days, Pressure to bring business, strict timing for any delay in punching they will cut your half day salary. My opinion fresher can join this company but if you a experienced peeson I recommend never left your current job and join this company you will regret later.

The company has hired good experienceed trainers for traning skills

The company is Good, but there is no fixed date of salary sometime credit given 10 of the month sometimes 15th or 16th, the attitude of HR is not good especially in D-7 Plant HR makes wrong commitment, even in the SCM department there is a lot of nepotism in this company, it has been the worst experience of my life in the last one year

In SCM, the person of Nepotism is tabrej, he always support his family members, he can do anything for them, instead of them he won't be educate you, always nonsense talks, show off infront of seniors to make numbers, always play safe points for his job, he never support you, he behave as compititor not like boss, I never recommend to work in SCM department in Lohum

Salary cut,delay about near 15th of month, corruption high,HR Management .High corruption, worst purchase and SCM, bad HR, got 1 month salary cut after leaving due to salary cut , politics alot , Finance,MD/CEO knows everything but afraid of managers corruption, they should not afraid while running start up .Much nepotism hiring and politics can affect future growth badly
