...favouritism in plenty. Management doesn't address our issues. Work Load is high. Salary is less as per work. There is bond of one year and having probationary period of 6 months, which they extends for no reason.

As a black person, never ever work for the Logixx. The South East Asian bosses, mainly from India and Pakistan will oppress and suppress you. They will give you all the worse schedules, lie to you, never protect you and treat you like slave. If you complain, they will ask you out. There's no room to seek redress, no organizations skills, poor management team and visible racism against blacks..Most of the reviews given here are all by themselves. This company is terrible, stay out of it..

Racism, unequal pay, no room for success, too much violence at their site, pushing employees around. No law and order, back biting poor management, hatred for blacks and people of African descendents..

worst company ,,I have worked in 2 more companies but Logix is tooo worst company who hold the salary of employees without any reason and they take 100rup for I'd card

Dislikes

Two assistant managers Mr Amit and Mr. Nikhil. They have ego about their knowledge they always insult u in front of all staff about knowledge. They don't your problem or u have family too. They took leave or WFH as per their need or for their family but they don't understand that u have family too. They don't help u and always criticise u in front of others

I have learned many new technologies and gain lot of knowledge with Logix teams, Good understanding with support team and massive support they are giving.

Dislikes

I don't have any dislikes regarding Logix company to share here.
