Horrible management. None of the Promoter of the company has the basic knowledge and understanding to appreciate talents. Moreover, they like buttering all the time and try to shift the blame on someone else rather than themselves. Also they don't pay employees during the notice period and do not even mention that in the appointment letter. Just pathetic.

When anyone face any critical problem then all other team members come for help and try to find out how to overcome this problem . In one word I can said that in Logic Square present a good team spirit.
