I am working here in logic planet from more than 8 months, appraisal and compensation benefits are considered to okay, according to individual experience. Working culture is also okay. Need 5 days working policy.

The work culture at the organisation has been deeply frustrating, And the environment feels Toxic, especially due to the management's approach. It often feels disorganized and chaotic, Leading to a significant waste of time. The constant clumsiness in management decisions and the lack of clarity are draining, making it difficult to stay motivated. Over time, this environment starts to take a toll, and it feels like the mental strain is damaging. Additionally, the HR team has been unhelpful and unresponsive, which only adds to the frustration. The behaviour of the CEO Karun has been particularly troubling, as he often refers to employees in derogatory terms, comparing them to parasites and cancer cells. This demeaning treatment fosters a hostile work environment and further undermines morale, making the workplace even more difficult to navigate. For those looking to build a successful and fulfilling career, I would strongly advise reconsidering joining this company, as the toxic atmosphere can negatively affect both your mental health and professional growth. Overall, it's been an extremely challenging and discouraging place to work.
