Before taking any serious action, they make sure that there is no faults by the management. In total, all their policies are employee-oriented. Very good company to work with.

... environment is good, helpful, no added pressure, no after office hour work.....salary is meagre....don't expect to be colossal in terms of career growth and salary increment..... my opinion- Opt for some other office

Logelite have too many projects, but development projects are very few, max are support roles.
