Everything!! Salary, culture, growth everything is just outstanding. Unlike other companies, they give thier employees freedom to speak. Before taking any serious action, they make sure that there is no faults by the management. In total, all their policies are employee-oriented. Very good company to work with.

... environment is good, helpful, no added pressure, no after office hour work.....salary is meagre....don't expect to be colossal in terms of career growth and salary increment..... my opinion- Opt for some other office

1. Job security is top notch. Even if you be in bench of few months, your job is safe with full salary every month.

Logelite have too many projects, but development projects are very few, max are support roles.
