...nd work friendly. Seniors and management are co-operative and helpful in nature. The salary package offered to me is good. I am getting satisfaction while working here. No complaints.

Plus point is that my Colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow, The Work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work - 18 hours straight in a day as I have attend vehicle in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value and individuals strength.There is no on job training for fresher. hence senior folks like me have to guide them step - by - step, which is pain sometimes

There is nothing to like working here except getting exposure with some big clients.

Dislikes

...lture here. Unnecessary pressuring and long hours. 11pm is normal hour for them. No salary benefits, no promotion. Worst place for anyone.
